In birth, a support team is everything! The birth team/client's partner (If present) and doula will meet (in person or virtually) in order to make the Big Day go as smoothly as possible for the client.

Together we'll make an easy, homemade pain relief remedy that can be used hot or cold. Rice Socks are great for relieving aches and pain in late stages of pregnancy and really come in handy during labor and delivery!

Within 1 week after birth, Doulas will check in for an update on the client's condition/healing and discuss the transition into the postpartum journey.
